The rebirth of Bay Pointe as “the friendliest public course with the best greens in Southeastern Massachusetts” has been nothing short of phenomenal. New management in place since spring of 2005 is headed by one of the Cape’s renowned superintendents, Russ Bragdon, who single-handedly transformed Hyannis Golf Club into one of the best conditioned layouts in the Mid-Cape area prior to leading Bay Pointe’s renaissance. In addition to offering the smoothest and slickest putting surfaces, Bay Pointe features the diabolical island green 7th hole, and a location to die for – just a half mile from the warm waters of the expansive Onset Beach. For golfers coming to and from the Cape itself, Bay Pointe is 2 miles from the Bourne Bridge.
